If you are applying for Teaching Endorsement, you should apply as a graduate nondegree applicant.  You will pay graduate level fees for all courses taken, regardless of whether they are 300-, 400-, or 500-level classes as such courses can used in a graduate program at Iowa State in the future with approval from the Graduate College.
